Noisy neighbors

Okay, so it's finals week, so I have a ton of studying to do. But our neighbors are blaring their music so loud that our Christmas tree is shaking just from the ridiculous levels of bass! I can't focus on my studying when they're blaring Lady Gaga! So as a matter of general opinion, I was wondering how reasonable or unreasonable it is to demand that in a college apartment complex, people keep the noise level down during finals week? I think it's okay if they want to listen to music, but that the neighbors shouldn't all be forced to listen to their music. It certainly shouldn't be loud enough that the Christmas tree is shaking, should it???
