New Semester

So I'm back out at school now and realize that I haven't updated my blog in forever. I probably should have, but my mom blogged about just about everything I did over the summer anyway. So here's a quick update on how everything is going.
School's going well so far. It's going to be a lot of work this semester, but I love my classes. I like all of the subjects this semester (for the first time maybe ever; this is the first time I haven't had to take a science or a math).
I also love my apartment. It's a lot bigger than I remembered from my tour of the apartments last semester, so that's definitely good. And I have to say that I am happy that I am no longer dependent on the Cannon Center for food. They had good food sometimes, but you got sick of it after eating there every day. Having an actual kitchen is nice.
The weather, though . . . Maybe it just seems colder to me because two weeks ago I was in a place where it was still 80 or 90 degrees during the day. Here, on the other hand, it's 80 on some days and 60 on others. I guess I just need to adjust to the cooler weather . . . and the altitude (have they ever heard of oxygen here???)
Overall, I'm excited to be back, and I'm looking forward to a great semester!
